Bake potatoes in oven. Usually takes a bit less than 1 hour.
Scoop out content of the baked potatoes leaving a cm edge.
Combine yoghurt, chives, the content of the scooped potatoes, cheddar, bacon in small pieces, salt and pepper.
Fill potatoes with the yoghurt mix.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filled potatoes.
Cook in oven for 15 min on 180°C on fan mode.
