Spinach and tomatoes sauce

- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

In a pot, heat the oil. Cook the onion, the garlic and the bell pepper until the onion is brown.
Step 2/5
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 125 ml spinach
- 125 ml water
Add spinach, the lemon juice and water. Bring it to boil. Wait until the spinach is completely liquid.

- 2½ tbsp tomato paste
Add tomato paste and stir until the sauce is thick
Step 4/5
- 1 tomato
- 125 ml feta cheese
Add the diced tomato and feta cheese. Wait for 5 minutes and stir many times.
Step 5/5
- salt
- pepper
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on pasta
