Ingredients

Servings:-1+
eggs
½ onion
¼ Green pepper
¼ red bell pepper
¼ button mushroom
2 tbsp olive oil
5 leaves baby spinach
½ pinch shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ pinch salt
¼ pinch pepper
  • Step 1/6

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Pour olive oil in side pan

  • Step 2/6

    • ½ onion
    • ¼ Green pepper
    • ¼ red bell pepper

    Add and stir lightly till onions turns golden

  • Step 3/6

    • ¼ button mushroom
    • 5 leaves baby spinach

    Add the following and stir them till spinach is half cooked

  • Step 4/6

    • eggs

    Whisk the eggs inside a bowl

  • Step 5/6

    • ½ pinch shredded cheddar cheese
    • ⅓ pinch salt
    • ¼ pinch pepper

    Add your salt and pepper and cheese

  • Step 6/6

    Then slightly add your egg inside the pan spreading it across the mixture. . Flip into a triangular shape and lower your stove to and remove after a minute
