    Slice onion and bell peppers, mice garlic. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add some olive oil, then add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until fragrant and soft, approx. 5 min.

    Slice onion and bell peppers, mice garlic. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add some olive oil, then add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until fragrant and soft, approx. 5 min.

    Add crushed tomatoes, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add crushed tomatoes, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Transfer to a serving bowl, make a slight well in the center, and crack egg into it. Crumble feta on top. Microwave on high for approx. 3 – 5 min. at 600w, or until the egg is cooked through. Roughly chop fresh cilantro and parsley. Garnish with herbs. Enjoy!
