whole-wheat spelt flour

salt
  • Step 1/4

    • 600 ml milk
    • 60 ml olive oil
    • 4 tbsp honey
    • 12 g salt

    Put the milk, olive oil, honey and salt in the breadmachine.

  • Step 2/4

    • 1000 g whole-wheat spelt flour

    On top, put the spelt flour.

  • Step 3/4

    • 50 g fresh yeast

    Lastly, put the yeast on top of the spelt flour. Remember, the yeast may not get in touch of the salt.

  • Step 4/4

    Set your breadmachine to your desired whole-wheat program and let it run. Usually takes about 3 hours. Enjoy!
