Cookie Monster’s Sweetest Dream

A cookie as big as a grown man’s head. What sounds like something straight out of one of cookie monster’s dreams is actually sweet reality. That’s right. Instead of dividing up the dough into several individual cookies and running the risk of having to share it, use it instead for one giant cookie that will be all yours. You won’t be lying when you say, “Oh, I’m sorry. This is my last one.” But actually, the fun part about the skillet cookie is being able to share it with a bunch of good friends.
