Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie

- 56 g salted butter
- microwave-safe bowl
Melt the butter in the microwave. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
- 76 g light brown sugar
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 80 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Add the butter, brown sugar, salt, 1 tbsp egg, the vanilla, flour and baking soda to the bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
- 84 g chocolate chips
Mix in 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
Put the dough on the baking sheet and press the remaining chocolate chips on top of the cookie.
Bake in preheated oven 12-14 minutes, until cookie is golden. Serve warm or allow to cool.
