Simple potato salad with avocado and tomatoes

Get the ingredients together and get ready to cut. If you don't have boiled potatoes, you can cook also bake them.
- 300 g boiled potatoes
- 300 g tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- ½ red onion
- cutting board
Cut all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Then season with salt and pepper and, if available, round off with fresh herbs and lemon juice.
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Mix olive oil and vinegar and pour over the salad. Enjoy!
