Shrimps dumplings
Ingredients
Step 1/9
- 300 ml water
- ½ tsp Salt
In a mixer beat together flour, a pinch of salt, and water for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2/9
On a lightly floured surface continue to knead dough by hand. Put aside and allow to rest for 40 minutes.
Step 3/9
- ½ tbsp Curry
Meanwhile heat curry, salt, black pepper 5 minutes, and make a sauce from it.
Step 4/9
- 100 g Shrimp
Heat the shrimps with curry and some water.
Step 5/9
Cut the dough using a sharp knife.
Step 6/9
Open each piece and put inside the shrimps and the sauce.
Step 7/9
Fold over one side to form a half circle
Step 8/9
Half-fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Put inside the dumplings and cook them approximately 45 minutes.
Step 9/9
Put the ready dumplings in the plate and enjoy.
