maple syrup

Melted coconut oil

Ground flaxseed
Generous pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste

Milk of choice (more or less if needed)

2 ovens, Big bowl, wooden spoon, baking sheet, parchment paper, airtight container
Step 1/4
- oven
Turn oven on 180 degrees
Step 2/4
- 1â…“ tbsp sesame seeds
- 1â…” tbsp maple syrup
- 2â…” tsp Ground flaxseed
- Generous pinch of salt
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2â…” tbsp Milk of choice (more or less if needed)
- 1â…” tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 16â…” g Small cut oats
- 50 g rolled oats
- Big bowl
- wooden spoon
Melt coconut oil and mix everything together
Step 3/4
- oven
- baking sheet
- parchment paper
Put mixture on a lined baking tray and put in to the bottom rack of the oven for about 15min. Then flip and put in to the oven for another 15min.(Depending on your oven it might not need 15min on both sides)
Step 4/4
- airtight container
Let cool completely before transferring to a airtight container
