Seafood Bake
Ingredients

Step 1/ 14
- oven
Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2/ 14
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- frying pan
Heat oil over medium-medium low heat
Step 3/ 14
- 1½ russet potatoes
- ½ onion
- knife
Chop potatoes into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes and roughly chop onion.
Step 4/ 14
Toss potatoes and onion in the oiled pan and sauté for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Step 5/ 14
- ½ tbsp Minced garlic
Toss in minced garlic and stir.
Step 6/ 14
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- ¼ tbsp chili flakes
- ½ tbsp herbs of choice
Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and herbs, stir.
Step 7/ 14
Continue cooking potatoes for an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.

- ¼ cup white wine
Stir in white wine to deglaze the pan and allow the alcohol to cook off.

- ½ bag Seafood mix (shrimp/scallops/muscles/oysters/clams)
- spatula
Stir in seafood mix.

- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
- baking dish
Spread oil around in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 11/ 14
Transfer contents of the frying to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 12/ 14
- 1 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Cover the top with cheese.
Step 13/ 14
Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Step 14/ 14
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
