500 g whole-grain flour
250 g sugar
150 g clarified butter
1 tsp cardamom pod
  • Step 1/2

    • 500 g whole-grain flour
    • 150 g clarified butter

    Add clarified butter in pan and heat for 1 min, add Roasted Gram Flour and stir cook for 10 mins in low flame till flour starts becoming brown. Switch off flame and allow to rest it for 5 mins.

  • Step 2/2

    Now mix powdered Sugar in cooked flour and mix well till flour absorbs all sugar and you can smell clarified butter. Allow to rest for 2 mins. Then you can make round shapes by using your hand and you Ladoo’s are ready.
