clarified butter
8 tbsp
confectioner’s sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
poppy seed

- 2 scoop flour
- ⅔ scoop clarified butter
- 8 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
Form a crumbly dough using flour, sugar, clarified butter and baking soda

Once the dough comes together. Roll it till it is about 3 inches thick and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.

Transfer to a baking tray and brush the tops with egg wash followed by a sprinkle of poppy seeds

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
Step 5/5
Cool completely before eating.
