Boil the pasta. Cut the onion in dices, the dill in small pieces and the salmon in strips. Melt some butter and fry the onion over a medium heat until soft.
Sprinkle sugar over and caramelise. Pour in broth and simmer until it reduced a bit. Add the creme fraiche and stir well. Mix in the dill and juice of 1/2 lemon. Simmer for 2-3min
Stir in the salmon and simmer for another minute. Season the sauce. Be careful with the salt, because the salmon can be salty. When the pasta is ready, mix straight away to the sauce
