Roast curry golden potatoes

Step 1/3

• 500 g potatoes

Boil potatoes in water for 15 mins, half cooked and drain

Step 2/3

• 25 g curry powder
• 10 g soy sauce
• 10 g green chilis

Chop boiled potatoes into small pieces, then mix well with curry power and soy sauce; add green chilli pieces for some heat

Step 3/3

Pour mixed potatoes into oven dish and bake for 15mins at 200 C’
