"* let the cookie cool down then put in the wire rack * vinegar can substitute to lemon/lime juice *Add more sugar to sweeten it *add less oil to prevent it to be oily * can either put 1 or 2 tbsp of cocoa powder *baking soda is a soda bicarbonate *make sure check the cookies everytime to prevent it from burning * it’s optional to chill the dough before baking them"
