Turkey breast or other your favourite meat, dice in small peaces. In bowl add meat, uncooked rice, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and white pepper to taste, chilli, garlic and sweet paprika powders. Mix all ingredients together.
Take red bell peppers, cut top and remove seeds from inside, then fill pepper with prepared meat and spices mixture and put top back on pepper.
Preheat oven 200 temperature and cook it for 40-45 minutes.
While pepper in oven, prepare cheese sauce. Take saucepan, add single cream and heat it until start boiling, then add dried dills and cheese, cook until cheese melts.
Remove pepper from oven, put on plate and add few spoons off cheese sauce on top. Enjoy
