Juice beetroot, apples, and ginger. Halve and juice all but half an orange. Cut remaining orange half in slices.
Add juice and water to a large saucepan and bring to a quick boil. Reduce heat and add cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange slices. Let simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min. Stir occasionally.
