puffed quinoa
100 g
Minced chicken breast
2 cloves
red onions
7 leaves
mint
1 g
Chopped fresh onion
2 tsp
fish sauce
3 tsp
limes
1 tsp
sugar
3 tsp
Ground roasted rice
1 tbsp
Ground chili
3 tsp
water

Prepare ingredients like in the picture
Step 2/4
Cook the minced chicken breast with some water until it is cooked and turn off the heat
Step 3/4
Add red onion, Season with lime, fish sauce, and sugar and combine it. In this step, you can add less seasoning If you are not sure or can add more after and try.
Step 4/4
Add quinoa and roasted rice and mix it. Add fresh onion and mint for the last step.
