Ingredients

1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp chia seed
80 ml soy milk
3 tsp cream cheese
1 tbsp almond (for garnish)
1 tsp honey (for garnish)
peach (for garnish)
nonstick cooking spray (for frying)
  • Step 1/4

    • 1 scoop protein powder
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
    • 1 tsp chia seed
    • 80 ml soy milk

    mix all the dough ingredients untill smooth and thick

  • Step 2/4

    • nonstick cooking spray (for frying)

    on a sprayed non-stick pan pour 1 portion of pancakes. and flip when it's brown and bubbles appear on the top.

  • Step 3/4

    • 3 tsp cream cheese

    on each layer spread 1 tsp of cream cheese and some peach slices and top it with another layer of pancakes

  • Step 4/4

    • 1 tbsp almond (for garnish)
    • 1 tsp almond (for garnish)
    • peach (for garnish)

    garnish with honey, almonds and peach slices or any other toppings you like.
