- 2 scoop protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 160 ml soy milk
mix all the dough ingredients untill smooth and thick
- nonstick cooking spray (for frying)
on a sprayed non-stick pan pour 1 portion of pancakes. and flip when it's brown and bubbles appear on the top.
- 6 tsp cream cheese
on each layer spread 1 tsp of cream cheese and some peach slices and top it with another layer of pancakes

garnish with honey, almonds and peach slices or any other toppings you like.
