    • 2 capsule banana

    Blend the egg, banana protein powder and oats in a blender.

    Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes

    • 300 g blueberries
    • 2 tbsp honey

    Topped with honey fruit or nuts
