"During my stay in Austria i noticed that the Kartoffelsalat is very famous here also in Germany, but also very different from our potato Salad in middle east. So i do love this salad because bring a lot of memories, like most of the food i cook. "

scallion ( Spring onion)

radishes
1 pinch
parsley
1 pinch
ground cumin
1 pinch
dried mint
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
sumac ( optional)
20 ml
lemon juice
15 ml
olive oil
1 pinch
salt

bowl, 2 knives, cutting board
Step 1/4
- 400 g boiled potatoes
- bowl
- knife
Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes and boiled it, it takes 18-20 minutes depends on which kind of potato you use.
Step 2/4
- 100 g tomatoes
- 50 g scallion ( Spring onion)
- 20 g radishes
- 1 pinch parsley
- cutting board
- knife
In meantime chop the green onion, Radish,parsley and the tomato. Don’t forget to take the tomato seeds out. And add all this gorgeous colors to the potatoes 🥔
Step 3/4
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch dried mint
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch sumac ( optional)
Add the spices to the potatoes.
Step 4/4
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Add the lemon juice and olive oil and salt and mix it well, and enjoy.
