50 g scallion ( Spring onion)
20 g radishes
1 pinch parsley
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch dried mint
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch sumac ( optional)
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml olive oil
1 pinch salt

    Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes and boiled it, it takes 18-20 minutes depends on which kind of potato you use.
