Step 1/4
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 4 tbsp Tempura flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic & Ginger paste
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Chicken Tandoori masala
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes
- Cold water

To make the batter, mix all the ingredients mentioned and gradually add cold water until you have a medium-thick consistency. Before boiling the potatoes make sure to cut them in small cubes. After the batter is complete, throw in the boiled potatoes and mix well.
Step 2/4
- 300 g ground chicken
Next, heat up a small pan with cooking oil and fry the batter coated potatoes. You can take another pan and cook the ground meat according to your preference. You can also skip the ground meat but i like to add it to make the dish more filling.

- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp Tabasco
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp Hot chilli sauce
Take a nonstick pan, add a few tablespoons of oil. Add the onions, garlic and ginger paste, and the sauces. Add a litte bit of water. It’s better to use little salt as both the tempura flour and sauces have high salt content. You can add 1 tbsp of sugar. Bring it up to a boil then add the ground meat and potatoes. Stir properly. Taste if the seasoning is alright for you. You can also add chopped corriander for extra flavor.
Step 4/4
You can keep a little bit of gravy or dry it up completely, whatever works best for you. Best to have it with warm butter naan But white rice is fine as well. Enjoy!
