|400 ml||coconut water (chilled)|
|4 tbsp||coconut flakes|
The post-workout smoothie combined with our energy balls is a great way to refuel after a hard workout.
Add goji berries to a small bowl. Pour in parts of the coconut water and allow to soak for approx. 20 – 30 min.
Add cold coconut water, soaked berries, coconut flakes and ice cubes to blender. Blend for approx. 1 – 2 min.
