200 ml sparkling wine
2 sprigs rosemary

    Cut the pomegranate in half, squeeze out and remove the seeds.

    • 40 ml dessert wine

    Measure Lillet Rosé, pomegranate juice and divide into two champagne glasses or coupes.

  • Step 3/3

    • 200 ml sparkling wine

    Fill up with sparkling wine, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
