strong white flour

salt
325 ml
water (luke warm)
tsp
sugar
7 g
yeast

  • Step 1/4

    • 325 ml water (luke warm)
    • tsp sugar
    • 7 g yeast
    • whisk

    Mix yeast and sugar with water, whisk

  • Step 2/4

    • 500 g strong white flour
    • tsp salt
    • stand mixer with dough hook

    Add flour and salt to mixing bowl

  • Step 3/4

    Turn on mixer and add the water/yeast mixture, mix until all water is absorbed and no dry flour left

  • Step 4/4

    Knead and shape dough into two equal sized pieces. Add to two large bowls and cover to rise for 1 hour

  • Enjoy your meal!
