Prepare yeast mixture
Prepare dough by mixing throughly
Knead dough for at least 15 minutes on a counter top. Sprinkle some flour on the top when kneading. Then set aside in an oiled container to rise at least double it's size (about 2 hrs) and better would be 24hrs.
After rising, rework the dough by kneading for 2-3 min then divide into workable portions
