2 bowls, cooking spoon, freezer bag
- 180 ml water
- 3 g fresh yeast
First of all you have to dissolve the yeast in warm water.
- 120 g Manitoba Flour
- 180 g flour
- 6 g salt
- 21 g oil
- cooking spoon
Then mix the two types of flour and slowly add water, yeast, salt and oil.
Now you have to knead until you get a homogeneous dough then leave it for 10 minutes to rest under a bowl. Once this is done, you need to re-mix for 5 minutes and then put the dough back into the bowl, cover it with a piece of cloth and let it rest for 3 hours in a warm place.
- freezer bag
After 3 hours, divide the dough into 10 balls of about 250 g and then let them rest for 30 minutes. After this time, the dough is ready and you can make 10 round pizzas to your liking, using for example tomato and mozzarella or you can freeze and then defrost them when you want to use them.
