Step 1/ 2
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime , cut into 4 wedges
- 4 tbsp agave nectar

Take a tall sturdy glass and place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in it. Muddle to release the oils and lime juice. Add the agave nectar and 2 more lime wedges and muddle again. Do not strain.
Step 2/ 2
- 4 fl oz Pineapple flavored rum
- 2 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Cut up pineapple for garnish (optional)
Fill the glass with ice. Pour the rum over the ice and top it off with your sparkling water. Stir well, taste and add more agave or lime juice to your liking. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple pieces.
