Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt, and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds (until creamy) Add sugars and peanut butter, beat for 5 minutes (until fluffy) Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour mixture.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hr.
Make 1 tbsp ball of cookie cough, roll in granulated sugar. Make crisscross design with fork.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-9 minutes. Let cool.
