½ package
vegan feta cheese
2
shallots¼ bundle
parsley¼ cup
olive oil1 tbsp
balsamic vinegarsalt
1 clove
garlic½ tbsp
maple syrupStep 1/3
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 shallots
- ¼ bundle parsley
- 1 clove garlic
Chop your bell pepper into small cubes. Finely cut the shallot into thin slices. Mince the garlic. Roughly run your knife through the parsley.
Step 2/3
- ½ package vegan feta cheese
Combine all veggies in a bowl and add the feta. Crumble it up!
Step 3/3
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk vigorously. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Pour over the salad and mix.
