chicken stock

Frozen peas

Seafood mix - prawns

Seasoning - chilli powder, paprika

broccoli - as much as you want for 4 people

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan
Step 2/6
Add chorizo and fry until released oils
Step 3/6
Stir in turmeric and rice until coated by the oils, then pour in the stock

Bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins stirring occasionally. Add seasoning - Chilli powder, paprika, cumin. (add broccoli and peppers if chosen rather than any meat options)

Tip in peas and cook for 5 mins and stir in the seafood to heat through for 1-2 mins cooking or until the rice is cooked
Step 6/6
Check for seasoning (cumin, ginger, pepper) and serve immediately with lemon wedges
