Step 1/3
- 1 kg oxtail
Clean the oxtails, soak in clean water for 1 hour at least before cooking
Step 2/3
Bring a pot of water to boil with cleaned oxtails, until no residue is floating
Step 3/3
- 3 heads Ginger
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 4 White onion
- flaky sea salt
- coriander seed
- 2 Spring onion
Move oxtails to a clay pot/cast iron pot, put all the other ingredients in, chop as needed. Cook on medium heat for 3 hours and rest for 0.5hour.
