protein powder
2 tbsp
Ground flaxseed
4 tbsp
hemp seeds

Peanut butter

- 2 banana (ripe)

Mush Banana in a bowl with a fork

- 2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup rolled oat
- 2 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 cup Frozen Berries
Add all ingredients to a Mason Jar, or a protein shaker with a lid on. Once ingredients are combined, give it a light shake and put in fridge overnight. There’s no particular order when combing the ingredients, but I have noticed I like to add the almond milk last so it soaks down through the dry ingredients overnight.
