Oven roast pork shoulder with potatoes
- 10 g ginger
- 3⅓ g chilis
- 266⅔ g potatoes
- 13⅓ g scallions
Wash and peel potatoes, chop into small pieces. Then dice chilli, scallion and ginger into slices.
- 466⅔ g pork shoulder
- 33⅓ g soy sauce
- 3⅓ g salt
Add salt and soy sauce to pork shoulder and marinate for flavouring.
Take a deep oven pan, add marinated pork shoulders and potatoes. Roast everything in the oven for 45 mins at 190C. Rest for 15 mins then plate and serve.
