radiatore pasta
½ package
smoked sausage
½ bag
baby spinach
head
onion
1 cloves
garlic
1 tbsp
olive oil (for frying)

bay leaves
1 tbsp
basil pesto sauce

feta cheese

water
1 packages
tomato stock
dried basil (for sprinkling)
dried oregano (for sprinkling)
salt (for sprinkling)
pepper (for sprinkling)

  • Step 1/4

    • ½ package smoked sausage
    • head onion
    • 1 cloves garlic
    • 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

    bring the pot to high, add olive oil, mince the garlic & onion until brown. slice sausages in small coins, & add to pot, cook for 3 minutes.

  • Step 2/4

    • ½ bag radiatore pasta
    • 2 leaves bay leaves
    • cups water
    • 1 packages tomato stock
    • dried basil (for sprinkling)
    • dried oregano (for sprinkling)
    • salt (for sprinkling)
    • pepper (for sprinkling)

    rinse excess starch off pasta & use a strainer to drain. add in pasta to pot. add in water with tomato stock & stir for 2 minutes. add salt, pepper, basil, oregano & bay leaves for seasoning. cover lid & cook for 10 mins

  • Step 3/4

    • ½ bag baby spinach
    • 1 tbsp basil pesto sauce
    • 1 pinches feta cheese

    uncover lid, add spinach & feta cheese. stir for 1 minute, then close lid for another 5 minutes. uncover lid & add in basil-pesto sauce, mix in & serve.

  • Step 4/4

    garnish with feta & basil or oregano
