Ingredients

50 g spinach
½ cl chicken stock
100 g canned white beans
100 g tomatoes
1 capsule chili
1 clove garlic
2 stalks celery
40 g onions
180 g chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil

    Heat oil in a deep casserole dish

    • 180 g chicken breasts

    Add the diced chicken and cook until browned all over

  • Step 3/6

    • 2 stalks celery
    • 40 g onions

    Reduce the heat and add the chopped onion and celery and carrot for five minutes until softened

    • 1 capsule chili
    • 1 clove garlic

    Stare in the crushed garlic and chopped chilli

    • ½ cl chicken stock
    • 100 g canned white beans
    • 100 g tomatoes

    Add the tomatoes drained and rinsed beans and stock bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
