Beat butter until creamy using a hand mixer fitted with whisks.
- 275 sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until incorporated.
Add eggs one by one, beating on low between each addition.
- 375 g flour
- ½ package baking powder
Mix flour and baking powder. Sift into the bowl. Beat well until the mixture is creamy.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add the milk and beat until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 170°C/338°F. Gently grease a baking pan and dust with flour.
Add approx. half of the cake batter to the bundt pan.
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Add cocoa powder to the remaining batter and stir to combine.
Add the remaining dough and swirl with a fork to create a marble pattern.
Transfer to preheated oven and let bake approx. 1 hr. Let cool slightly before removing from cake pan and serving! Enjoy!
