Add eggs to a bowl and mix until frothy. Add sugar and mix for approx. 1 min. Add milk and mix. Add flour and mix on highest level on hand mixer. Mix baking soda and vinegar, add to dough, and mix to combine. The dough should now be thick and smooth in consistency.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Using a spoon, add dough to pan and fry oladi for approx. 1 – 2 min. on both sides, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining dough.
