Egg white

Maple syrup
Step 1/10
- 1⅓ egg yolks
Take 2 egg yolks in a bowl

- 3⅔ tbsp Maple syrup
Add in the maple syrup in the egg yolk

Beat the egg yolk & maple syrup until blended well
Step 4/10
- 1⅓ Egg white
Take the 2 egg whites in a fresh bowl

Whisk the egg whites thoroughly
Step 6/10
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks
Step 7/10
Add the egg yolk & maple syrup mix to egg whites. ( i have added cocoa powder in egg yolk mix , hence the chocolate color)

Gently fold the mixture adding air within

Pour the batter into ramekins & bake for 15mins

Top with cocoa powder or sugar
