Weigh out the sugar and margarine and cream together in a bowl
Add in the eggs and beat with a wooden spoon
Fold in the flour with the wooden spoon
Add the vanilla extract and put into 2 cake tins
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c/180fan/gas mark 5
Whilst in the oven whip the cream until stiff peaks
Add the icing sugar to the cream
Once out of the oven let cool for 10 mins
When cooled take a cookie cutter and make 8 circles all together
Put cream on top of 1 cake circle. Then put 1 sliced strawberry on the cream. then sandwich with another cake circle. Top with the cream and strawberries.
