Nachos supreme

- 81¼ g chorizo
- ½ tomatoes
- ½ jalapeños
- 10 g olives

Remove the chorizo from its casing and crumble it into a pan using a spatula. Fry over medium heat until crispy. Meanwhile, finely dice the tomatoes and jalapeños, and slice the olives.

- 100 g tortilla chips, e.g. Chio nacho cheese tortilla chips
- 87½ g cheddar cheese (grated)

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. In a baking dish, create layers starting with nachos, followed by chorizo, tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, and shredded cheddar. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used. Bake for approx. 15 min. until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- ¼ avocado
- 31¼ g sour cream dip
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Remove the hot nachos from the oven, top with the diced avocado, and serve immediately with sour cream.
