Sauté the cumin seeds in the oil for a minute
Add the onion (chopped), garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add all the dry spices (except for salt and pepper) and continue sautéing.
Add the tommato paste and tomato (chopped). Continue sautéing.
Add the tofu (chopped) and frozen or fresh peas. Continue for 2 more minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Stir, salt to taste, and serve.
