1 bulb
onion
4 cloves
garlic
½ tsp
ginger
½ tsp
ground turmeric
2 tsp
ground cumin
2 tsp
ground coriander
½ tsp
garam masala
1 tbsp
tomato paste
1 cup
tomato
½ cup
pea
salt
pepper

    Sauté the cumin seeds in the oil for a minute

    Add the onion (chopped), garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
