Mum’s special fried chicken
- ⅛ kg chicken wing
- ⅛ egg (for marinating)
- ½ tbsp flour (for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp black peppercorn (for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp salt (for marinating)
Mix the chicken with all the other ingredients and make sure it is evenly coated!
Let the chicken marinate for at least 20mins before frying it
Fry each side evenly and make sure it has a golden colour to it
