Kashmiri chillies

Medium tomato chopped
¼ tsp
cumin seed
½ tsp
coriander seed
½ stick
cinnamon
½ tsp
ground turmeric
4 cloves
Garlic

Bay leaves
1 lbs
chicken breast strips
½ pinch

  • Step 1/3

    • 5 Kashmiri chillies
    • ½ Peeled and chopped ginger
    • 1 Medium onions chopped
    • Medium tomato chopped
    • ¼ tsp cumin seed
    • ½ tsp coriander seed
    • ½ stick cinnamon
    • ½ tsp ground turmeric
    • 4 cloves Garlic

    Put all these ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth paste

    • fl oz oil
    • leaves Bay leaves

    Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and gently fry for 1 minute. Then add paste and stir for 3 minutes

  • Step 3/3

    • 1 lbs chicken breast strips
    • ½ pinch Salt

    Add chicken and 1 cup water if you want more gravy. Add salt to taste
