Ms White Sauce Pasta
Ingredients
Step 1/8
- 946 ml water
- ⅔ tsp cooking oil
- salt as per taste
Boil 6 cups water. Add 1 tsp cooking oil and Salt
Step 2/8
- 236⅔ ml Penne pasta
When the water roll boil, add the pasta. Stir well.
Step 3/8
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in medium high flame.
Step 4/8
- ⅛ tsp chili flakes
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- ⅛ tsp Capsicum finely chopped
- 3⅓ cloves garlic finely chopped
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a kadai. Saute garlic and capsicum adding chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt. Collect in a plate.
Step 5/8
Heat 3 tbsp butter and add maida. Roast well till raw smell goes off.
Step 6/8
- 315⅓ ml Boiled Milk
- 2 slices Cheese slice
Add milk gradually and stir using a whisk.Add cheese slices and melt it.
Step 7/8
Add chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt, sauteed capscium. Mix well.
Step 8/8
- ⅓ tsp oregano
Lastly add cooked pasta, sprinkle oregano and mix well.
