Boil 6 cups water. Add 1 tsp cooking oil and Salt
When the water roll boil, add the pasta. Stir well.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in medium high flame.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a kadai. Saute garlic and capsicum adding chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt. Collect in a plate.
Heat 3 tbsp butter and add maida. Roast well till raw smell goes off.
Add milk gradually and stir using a whisk.Add cheese slices and melt it.
Add chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt, sauteed capscium. Mix well.
Lastly add cooked pasta, sprinkle oregano and mix well.
