Chicken bouillon

garlic powder

    Shred cooked chicken

    • ½ cup White onion (slices)
    • ½ tbsp oil

    Slice onion into thin strips and then sauté the onions in a pan with oil

    Add chicken to pan

    • 1 chipotle chili in adobo
    • ¼ tomato paste
    • ¼ tsp Chicken bouillon
    • tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp dried oregano
    • food processor

    Blend chipotle peppers with a little bit of water (1/2 cup) and other ingredients and add to chicken on pan

    Let simmer for 10 minutes and then serve on tostadas with sour cream and queso fresco
