Lay out the pie crust in a pie dish.
Sauté the bacon light crispy on high heat.
Chop the scallions, and sauté them with the bacon for 2-3 minutes.
First spread the bacon and scallion over the pie crust, and then the grated parmesan cheese afterwards.
Add the eggs and semi-skimmed milk to a bowl, wisk it together, and pour it into the pie.
Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C, for about 40 minutes or untill the pie is ready
