    Preheat oven to 250°C/500°F. Melt white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of boiling water. Once melted, remove from heat. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar and then add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and beat well. Add flour and beat until fully combined.

    Bake in a preheated oven on 250°C/500°F for 10 min. Pay attention to bake them for exactly 10 min. in order to achieve the desired result. It’s important not to open the oven at any time while baking. Carefully transfer them to serving plates and serve immediately whilst hot.
