Minced beef with mashed sweet potatoes and pepper sauce

- 100 g sweet potatoes
- 200 g potatoes
Cut the potatoes in middle sized pieces, then cook them in water.
- 25 g butter
- ground nutmeg
When the potatoes are cooked, purify them so that they form a homogeneous mass. Salt and pepper to taste and add the butter and nutmeg.
- 40 g butter
- 25 g flour
- 30 cl water
Melt the butter and add the flour. Mix everything to remove lumps. Poor the water to the mixture and mix.
- 5 g pepper
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Add the grounded pepper, the vinegar and some salt.
- 250 g minced beef
- sauté pan
Put oil in a pan and let it heat. Add the beef and sauté. Salt and pepper. When the beef has finished cooking, ad the pepper sauce to it.
